Financing decisions are made solely by third-party lenders, funding companies, banks, or financing providers based on their own underwriting criteria. Any readiness scores, recommendations, assessments, or estimates provided through the Services are informational only and should not be interpreted as guarantees or financial advice. Scoring is based on general industry standards and does not reflect the specific criteria of any individual lender.
The Services may include business financing readiness assessments, educational resources, lead generation and referral services, matching businesses with third-party financing providers, automated or AI-generated insights and recommendations, and communication tools and contact forms. You acknowledge that any information generated through the Services may be automated and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.
Ready4Fund may share submitted information with third-party lenders, funding companies, financial service providers, CRM systems, marketing platforms, or affiliates for purposes including evaluating funding eligibility, contacting users regarding financing opportunities, marketing relevant financial products or services, and internal analytics and business operations. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READY4FUND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not warrant that the Services will always be secure, accurate, or available.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READY4FUND AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OR PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FINANCING DENIALS OR LOSSES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
